Purpose of Role: To provide a full bar service to ensure all bars and functions run smoothly and effectively
Reports to: Bar Manager on corresponding shift
Main Duties:
- Preparation of bar and service areas
- Service of hot and cold beverages
- Service of hot and cold food
- Service of wine and alcoholic drinks
- Table service of food and drinks
- Cleaning all bar and terrace areas to include carpet and ashtrays
- Changing barrels, post-mix and gas cylinders as required
- Restocking bar/stock rotation
- Cleaning bar and service area at the end of the days business
- Control of waste generated by the days business
- Lighting fire in Terrace bar, when required
- Assisting with functions, as required
- Establish and maintain excellent relations with members and clients of Moor Park Golf Club
The above items are not exhaustive. You may be asked to undertake additional tasks and assist other departments at the discretion of the management.
