We’re growing – and so is our Goods In Team! We’re excited to introduce an opportunity for a Goods In Replenishment Assistant, a pivotal role at the heart of our operation.
Working closely with both our Goods In and Retail teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products are in the right place at the right time. Whether it’s a jar of mayonnaise or the latest must-read book, you’ll help ensure every item moves seamlessly from delivery to the shop floor, ready for customers to discover.

What you’ll do
- Support TEALS in delivering the right products to customers at the right time by ensuring a smooth flow of stock from Goods In to the shop floor
- Receive deliveries from suppliers and ensure all health & safety procedures are followed
- Move, prepare and label stock efficiently and accurately
- Minimise waste through careful stock handling and strong stock rotation practices
- Support front-of-house teams by ensuring stock is accurate, accessible, and easy to locate
- Assist with general site duties, including bin changes, car park upkeep, litter picking, and other ad-hoc tasks as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse or Goods In environment is desirable but not essential – a great attitude and willingness to learn is key
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and use initiative
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A full, clean driving licence
- A good level of fitness, as this is a physically demanding role
Hours
- Minimum 4 days per week
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Weekend work required on a rota basis
