About the Role
We are recruiting for: Ambulance Care Assistants (ACA)/ (FREC 3)
You will play a vital role in providing safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients in a variety of settings, including non-emergency transport and events
Key Responsibilities
Transport patients safely to and from healthcare settings Provide high standards of patient care, dignity, and reassurance
Deliver first aid and clinical care appropriate to your qualification level Assist with patient handling and movement
Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards Complete vehicle and equipment checks
Communicate effectively with control and colleagues Accurately complete documentation and patient records

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible approach to shift work
Commitment to high standards of patient care
ACA Applicants Full UK manual driving licence (held for 3+ years, max 6 points) Aged 21+ (insurance requirement)
No prior clinical experience required – full training providedFREC 3 Applicants Valid FREC 3 qualification (or equivalent)
Experience in a healthcare or emergency setting desirable
Full UK manual driving licence (held for 3+ years, max 6 points) Aged 21+ (insurance requirement)
