We are looking to recruit a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to work at a static site in Barking, London.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Landscaping Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and grounds maintenance, with excellent leadership and organisational skills. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations, managing a small team of operatives, ensuring high standards of workmanship, and liaising with clients to maintain positive working relationships.
Working here as a Landscape Supervisor means taking a hands-on role in maintaining and enhancing high-quality public realm and open spaces across a large, evolving site, ensuring landscapes are safe, well presented and aligned with the long term vision for a sustainable, welcoming environment. The development includes extensive green spaces, parks, riverside walkways and community facilities, all designed to support a growing and diverse population. It’s a dream project for any landscaper who values creativity, attention to detail, and meaningful impact. A keen eye for quality, the ability to problem-solve on site, and a commitment to health and safety are essential.
You must live within commuting distance of Barking, London.

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum
