We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Waste Collection Driver to join our expanding waste recycling company. This role involves driving a 3.5-tonne tipper van to collect commercial and domestic waste, ensuring it is transported safely to our recycling facilities while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive a 3.5-tonne tipper van safely and responsibly.
- Collect waste and recyclable materials from residential and commercial customers.
- Load and unload waste, including some manual handling.
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
- Ensure all collections are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and professional vehicle.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and waste handling regulations.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
- Complete collection records and any required paperwork accurately.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (Category B).
- Experience driving 3.5-tonne vehicles is preferred but not essential.
- Good knowledge of local road networks.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in waste collection, recycling, removals, or delivery driving would be an advantage.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm with occasional Saturdays 7am to 1pm as required.
