Support our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences at Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre.

We’re a busy 4-star hotel in the heart of Manchester, just minutes from Piccadilly Station, and we’re looking for a Kitchen Porter to support our chefs and maintain high standards across our kitchen operations.
What You’ll Do
Kitchen Support Cleanliness:
- Wash and maintain all crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment, and utensils
- Keep all kitchen areas clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene standards
- Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and safely
Food Safety Standards:
- Follow food hygiene and health safety procedures at all times
- Support the team in maintaining a safe and organised working environment
- Assist with deliveries and stock rotation when required
Teamwork Efficiency:
- Work closely with chefs and the wider kitchen team
- Help ensure service runs smoothly by keeping equipment readily available
- Be proactive in supporting the team during busy service periods
