Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Hospitality Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional service in a vibrant environment, supporting food and beverage operations, and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Duties
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests
- Assist with food preparation and presentation in line with safety standards
- Support catering events by setting up and clearing tables, and ensuring smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of , kitchen, and service stations
- Handle customer enquiries professionally, providing information about menu items and services
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations throughout shifts
- Uphold food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in food preparation is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- A friendly, positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings if required
- A proactive approach to teamwork and customer satisfaction

Tues - 3-6 pm ( in petworth)
Fridays 3-6pm ( in Billingshurst )
