About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Activities Co-ordinator to join our team, supporting adults with mental health needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by planning and delivering meaningful, engaging activities that promote well being, independence, and social inclusion.
Key Responsibilities.
Plan, organise, and deliver a varied programme of activities tailored to individual needs and interests.
Support residents to participate in activities that promote mental and physical wellbeing.
Encourage social interaction and build confidence in a safe environment.
Monitor and review the effectivenss of activities, adapting where necessary.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.
About You
Creative, enthusiastic, and able to motivate others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organised and a flexible approach to working.
