Role Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll play a key role in creating a friendly, energetic atmosphere, ensuring smooth customer experiences, and supporting the day-to-day running of our simulators, lounge, and bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and assist with bookings, registrations and general enquiries.
- Provide clear, friendly guidance on simulator use, safety procedures and racing events.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our services, events and promotions.
- Serve drinks at the bar and ensure responsible service at all times.
- Respond to customer questions, feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support the smooth running of the lounge and simulator areas, keeping them clean and organised.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve any simulator-related issues quickly.
- Assist with event preparation and help manage customer flow during busy periods.
Qualifications & Skills
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over, as serving alcoholic drinks is part of the role.
- Previous hospitality and customer service experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuinely customer-focused approach.
- A positive, friendly and approachable personality with a can-do attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm in busy environments.
- An interest in motorsport or gaming is an advantage, but not required.
