We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our dental team. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings efficiently
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Maintain organised records and files both digitally and physically
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Support other team members with clerical duties as required
Requirements
- Previous dental r administrative experience is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with data entry and general clerical tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organised with keen attention to detail and confidentiality standards
