We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service professional to join a beautiful showroom in Gloucester.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, with previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred. You will be friendly, approachable and confident when assisting customers, with a genuine passion for providing an exceptional level of service.
The role will require flexibility and a willingness to work weekends.
This is a permanent role working 36.75 hours per week, Thursday - Monday .

Your Role:
- Assisting customers with design ideas, interior choices and product selection.
- Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing a warm friendly, experience including offering tea or coffee where appropriate.
- Maintaining and updating showroom displays to maintain an inviting and inspiring environment.
- Occasionally assisting with customer calls and emails.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation throughout the showroom, ensuring all products are clean, organised and displayed to their best advantage.
Skills and Attributes:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
- A warm, friendly and approachable personality with a natural ability to connect with customers.
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent levels of service and building relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the cofidnece to engage effectively with a wide range of customers,
