We are seeking a dedicated Order Fulfilment Assistant specialising in Packing and Dispatch to join our dynamic team. This role involves ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, preparing items for dispatch, and maintaining high standards of quality control and attention to detail. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by managing the packing and dispatch of goods with precision, care, and confidentiality.
Previous experience in packing, fulfilment, or dispatch is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for a reliable, organised, and highly trustworthy individual who demonstrates integrity and discretion in their work. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A professional approach, dependability, and the ability to handle responsibilities with honesty and care are essential for this role.

Please note that, due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the pre-employment screening process.
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately from order sheets and online systems.
- Carefully package orders to company standards.
- Print and apply shipping labels and prepare parcels for dispatch.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure orders are complete and accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organised and secure working environment.
- Assist with stock organisation and inventory checks as required.
- Follow company procedures and confidentiality requirements at all times.
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed during all operations
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and scanners.
- Previous experience in packing, fulfilment or warehouse environments is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in British English
