Account Manager – Onsite Volume Temps (Driving) | Southampton
£30,000–£35,000 DOE + Bonus

We’re hiring an Account Manager to run a busy onsite driving recruitment operation in Southampton. You’ll manage client relationships, coordinate high‑volume driver bookings, and keep fulfilment, communication and compliance running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Onsite client management across a fast‑paced driving operation
- Coordinating volume temps including bookings, check‑ins and shift patterns
- Ensuring service levels, reporting and compliance stay consistently strong
What you need
- Experience in driving recruitment or high‑volume temps
- Strong communicator with confident onsite presence
- Able to work 40 hours per week onsite in Crawley
- Valid UK driving licence
