You’ll be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of complex and sensitive casework, including high-risk and contentious matters such as serious misconduct, grievance, discrimination and safeguarding cases.
There will be a particular focus on quality assurance, coaching and developing Case Advisers, and ensuring high standards of documentation, risk assessment and decision-making.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues across People Partnering, Legal and senior stakeholders to ensure fair, balanced and timely outcomes.
This role is critical in strengthening capability across the Case Management team and delivering a professional, trusted service across the organisation.
Some exposure to highly sensitive and complex situations is expected as part of the role.
In this role, your days will be varied, offering lots of opportunity to influence, lead and develop others.
