TGB Holdings Ltd are a family owned business that supply Autolocksmith Services.We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Customer Service to join our small Team . The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining detailed records.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and policies to deliver accurate advice.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales and customer service or a related role is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A friendly demeanour and professional appearance are essential for representing the company positively.
