Summary
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Cook in Doncaster to plan, prepare and cook meals for our summer camps across Doncaster. This role is vital in supporting our mission to empower youth and strengthen communities through engaging activities and programs. The position is based in Doncaster and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and package nutritious meals for programme participants, ensuring food safety standards are met.
- Able to prepare high volume of nutritious meals for numerous camps across Doncaster
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with team members to plan meal menus aligned with programme goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work with collegues to ensure nutiritious meals are prepared and ready to be distributed across Doncaster to summer camp venues.
- Qualifications
- Level 3 Food Hygiene
- Experience in food preparation or culinary services.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to various needs.
