Factory Production Operative – 4 Day Week (Manual, Fast-Paced Role)

Working pattern
· 4 days per week
· Shift: 8:00am – 6:30pm (includes lunch break)
· Overtime paid at time + ⅓
· Regular overtime available, particularly during peak production periods

About the role
Sticky Baits Limited manufactures fishing bait products in a busy production environment.
We are recruiting Production Operatives to join our team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced factory role, and we are looking for individuals who are reliable, motivated, and ready to contribute.
Key responsibilities
· Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
· Mix raw materials used in bait production
· Supply and monitor production lines
· Pack and label finished products accurately
· Follow instructions and production processes carefully
· Maintain quality standards throughout production
· Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised
Role requirements
This role involves:
· Standing for extended periods of time
· Repetitive manual tasks
· Working at pace to meet production targets
· Manual handling duties
· Working with bait ingredients and associated smells
Applicants should:
· Be reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
· Be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
· Have a positive and proactive approach to work
· Have a good understanding of spoken and written English (for safety and training purposes)
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential.
