Direct Pallet Services LTD was established in 2004. Now a Family run business with over 25 years experience in the Pallet Industry. We are a major supplier of New, Reclaim, Reconditioned and Bespoke Pallets and Crates that can be treated to ISPM15 for export. We have a loyal customer base and have sustained incredible growth throughout the recession, Covid and the current economic climate through professinsalism, reliability and product consistency.
We are looking for a General Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including cleaning, grading, and operating machinery. This position requires an individual who is organised and has the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
- Carry out manual labour tasks as required.
- Working as part of a team
Requirements:
- Applicants must be over 18
- previous experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- good timekeeping
- good communication skills
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm
