We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Hospitality All-Rounder to join our hotel team. This is a hands-on role that offers variety, with responsibilities across Reception, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service at reception, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest enquiries.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including breakfast, restaurant, bar, and function service as required.
- Clean and service guest rooms and maintain public areas to a high standard.
- Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with all hotel departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards throughout the hotel.
- Assist with other operational duties as required.
About You
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
- A willingness to learn and work across multiple departments.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
