Create and maintain polished PowerPoint presentations, planning documents and executive-ready materials, turning data, research and business context into clear strategic narratives for leadership, planning reviews and go-to-market activity.
Conduct desk research on market, platform and competitor developments, summarising relevant insights and implications for the Digital Division.
Consolidate data from multiple sources and use Excel to support revenue and performance reporting, prepare summaries and simple analysis, and maintain accurate planning and reporting information.
Act as a key point of coordination across editorial, commercial and other teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders at different levels and helping improve planning processes, templates and ways of working.

Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities; proactive, comfortable using initiative and able to solve problems independently.
Familiarity with portfolio planning, go-to-market planning, commercial strategy or digital product/platform strategy.
Usage of digital tools to support research, analysis or presentation development.
