Cleaning Operative
Location: Wolston
Hours: 13 hours per week
Shifts: Monday - Friday, anytime after 6:30pm or before 8am.
Pay Rate: £12.71

Solutions Services is a trusted provider of cleaning solutions, committed to delivering high standards for our clients. We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team, based in Wolston.
Role Overview:
This position involves maintaining cleanliness across various areas, including toilets, offices, healthcare rooms and kitchen/canteen spaces. The role requires working both independently and as part of a team occasionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining toilets, offices, healthcare rooms, and kitchen/canteens to high standards.
- Occasionally operating cleaning machinery such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, oscillating machines, and space vac systems (training provided).
- Reporting any problems or maintenance issues to the management team.
- Taking stock of cleaning supplies and placing orders as required.
- Providing excellent customer service when interacting with clients or team members.
Additional Opportunities:
- Overtime and weekend work may be available based on business needs.
Skills and Requirements:
- Ability to speak English to a good level.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to drive is preferred due to location
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential – full training provided.
- Proactive attitude, good attention to detail, and reliability.
