At Ellis Winters, we want to make moving home as stress-free as possible and so we are seeking the right individuals to help us achieve this for all our clients.
We're looking for a candidate to join our weekend rota, working every other Saturday. There may be an opportunity for additional hours to cover holidays/sickness and during busy periods.
No experience is necessary; what we value more is someone who is personable and aspires to help our clients with their move. Training will be provided on every aspect of the role so you can focus on building relationships and matching people with properties.
Working out of our St Ives branch your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting viewings
- Understanding clients search criteria & recording them on our system
- Suggesting suitable properties to clients (our system helps with this)
- Talking to clients about their move and discussing how we can help
- Obtaining viewing feedback to present to the owner
- Answering enquiries to book appointments, both on the phone, in-branch and via email
Hours available are:
Saturday 9am – 5pm
Pay: £13 per hour, with the opportunity to earn significantly more through individual commission on referrals to our mortgage and conveyancing partners.
