- Finding and growing talent: Help us spot talented people, bring them on board, and help everyone learn new skills. Lead the delivery of the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to exit.
- Planning for the future: Set up ways to spot future leaders and help them get ready for bigger roles.
- Checking performance: Help us figure out who’s doing a great job and make sure they’re rewarded.
- Looking at the numbers: Use data to help us make smart decisions.
- Building a great culture: Help everyone work well together and sort out any problems that come up.
- Giving advice: Be there for managers when they need help with tricky situations or tough conversations.
What skills do you need?
- Business know-how: Understand how a business works and how people make a difference.
- Great communicator: Be comfortable talking to everyone, from new starters to directors.
- Problem solver: Enjoy figuring out what’s wrong and coming up with ways to fix it.

- Worked in growing companies: Experience in a business that’s getting bigger or changing fast.
- Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 is a big plus.
