JOB DESCRIPTION- HOME CARE PROFESSIONAL (Drivers Only)
About the Role
We are seeking experienced , caring and committed carers to join our rapidly expanding team located in Amersham, Buckinghamshire to care and support our vulnerable clients in the comfort of their own home.
You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing - working both independently and as part of a collaborative, caring team.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care tailored to each customer’s individual needs
- Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Support with nutrition and hydration, including meal planning and preparation
- Help with medication and prescriptions
- Carry out light housework (tidying, laundry, cleaning)
- Be a dependable, friendly, and familiar face for our customers

What We’re Looking For
- Experience and flexibility
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to Work in the UK (we cannot accept sponsored staff or visa transfers)
- A kind, compassionate attitude and calm approach to care
- Great communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
- Weekend availability (every other weekend or one day every weekend)
- No formal care experience required – we’ll provide all the training you need
