Experienced Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £25,000 Basic + OTE £30,000
Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking for your next opportunity within a successful and customer-focused estate agency?
We’re looking for a confident, driven and personable Sales Negotiator to join a busy team in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous estate agency experience who enjoys building relationships, generating business and progressing property sales from offer through to completion.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key part in delivering an excellent service to buyers and sellers while helping the branch achieve its sales targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering and qualifying prospective buyers
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Building strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process
- Following up enquiries and generating new business opportunities
- Supporting sales progression through to completion
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping the CRM system up to date
- Working closely with the wider branch team to achieve targets
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A confident, professional and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
- Good knowledge of the property sales process
- A proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for property
- A full UK driving licence
