About the Role
As a Marketing & Partner Support Assistant, you'll work closely with our Marketing and Partner Management teams, helping to support our commercial partners and contribute to a wide range of marketing and business initiatives.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll gain experience across marketing, partnerships, reporting, technology and commercial operations, with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills along the way.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting our Partner Management team with day-to-day partner enquiries and account administration.
- Assisting with onboarding new partners and supporting existing relationships.
- Helping coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions and commercial initiatives.
- Producing reports and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Using business systems and reporting tools to support decision-making.
- Exploring how AI and emerging technologies can improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver projects and achieve shared goals.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is organised, reliable and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Has strong attention to detail and enjoys solving problems.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Is comfortable learning new systems and technology.
- Has an interest in AI and finding smarter ways of working.
- Enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work.
- Has a positive attitude and is keen to learn and develop.
Previous experience in marketing, administration, customer service, account management or a similar office-based role would be beneficial, but it isn't essential. We're looking for the right person and will provide training and support to help you succeed.
