This role offers a starting salary within Nacro’s pay structure of Entry Salary £31,982 with expected progression to Established Salary of £32,782 within the first year, subject to meeting clear criteria and performance standards, with further pay progression available in the future. Nacro’s pay framework provides transparent progression points and supports ongoing professional development and career growth.

What will I be doing as a Student Support & SEND Lead?
As a Student Support & SEND Lead, you’ll be a consistent, trusted adult guiding students through barriers and back into learning.
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead within your centre
- Lead on EHCP reviews and oversee the delivery of inclusive SEND support
- Collaborate with Programme Leaders, Local Authorities, families, and external professionals
- Line manage Learning Support Assistants and help create a nurturing, respectful learning culture
