This is a highly collaborative role where you'll influence across organisational boundaries and help create lasting change within the local mental health system.
What you'll be doing
- Leading the ongoing development of the Tower Hamlets Mental Health Alliance
- Building trusted relationships across VCFSE organisations, NHS partners, local authorities and funders
- Supporting alliance governance and contributing to or chairing partnership meetings, boards and forums
- Coordinating alliance delivery, mobilisation projects and new initiatives
- Managing reporting, compliance, quality assurance and due diligence requirements
- Producing meaningful performance and impact reports, using data to drive improvement
- Working closely with commissioners and strategic stakeholders
- Supporting the development of sustainable alliance structures and future opportunities
- Championing co-production and ensuring the voice of lived experience informs decision-making
- Promoting equity, inclusion and social justice in all aspects of alliance development
What we're looking for
