About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support individuals in their own homes to live independently, safely, and with dignity.
Your role will include:
- Personal care and support
- Medication assistance (training provided)
- Companionship and social visits
- Help with daily tasks and meals
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
- Working alongside families and professionals
No two days are the same - but every day is meaningful.
About You
You don’t need previous care experience - we provide full training and ongoing support.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Kind, compassionate, and reliable
- A good communicator and team player
- Flexible and dependable
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is ideal, however walking positions may be available in certain areas, depending on location and availability
