Bar Staff Part Time - The Horsemen Broadgate

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender who is comfortable leading a busy service efficiently whilst also confidently engaging guests and delivering exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a pub environment would be an advantage
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-volume bar where speed, precision, and consistency are essential
- Excellent command of the English language, with confident and professional communication skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality, with a natural ability to create memorable guest experiences
- Impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization, maintaining a polished workspace at all times
- Proven ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations
- Minimum 18 years of age (legal requirement to sell alcohol)
- Full flexibility to work across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
