Wacky Kingdom is looking for enthusiastic Weekend Team Members to join our growing team in Kingston. You'll work across reception, our café, and birthday parties, helping create memorable experiences for every family that visits.
No two days are the same, making this the perfect role for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy, fun environment.
What You'll Be Doing Reception
- Welcome families with a warm and friendly attitude
- Process admissions and bookings
- Answer customer enquiries in person, over the phone and by email
- Ensure every guest receives an excellent first impression
Café
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks
- Prepare food to company standards
- Operate tills and process payments
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and cleanliness
Birthday Parties
- Set up party rooms
- Host birthday parties and engage with children and families
- Serve food and drinks
- Help create unforgettable celebrations
General Duties
- Keep the centre clean, safe and presentable
- Carry out daily cleaning and safety checks
- Support colleagues across all departments
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements
You must be available to work every weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
This role is weekend-only, so regular availability on both Saturdays and Sundays is essential. Additional shifts during school holidays may also be available.
Previous Experience
Experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, customer service, cafés or children's entertainment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
