Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our cool asf bar team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic bar environment, providing excellent service while maintaining high standards customer satisfaction. The position is paid and suitable for individuals passionate about hospitality and serving others.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and take their orders efficiently
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Ensure all drinks are served accurately and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly manner
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless experience
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or a bar environments is preferred
- Strong serving skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent time management to ensure timely service delivery
- Good organisational skills to keep the bar area tidy and well-stocked
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Friendly demeanour with a professional attitude towards customer service
