Job Summary

Duties
- Greet and check identification of all patrons, verifying they meet entry requirements in compliance with licensing laws.
- Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access and manage crowd flow efficiently.
- Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, liaising with emergency services when necessary.
- Enforce licensing regulations and house rules courteously but firmly to maintain a safe environment.
- Perform routine checks on the premises, including surveillance equipment and emergency exits, to ensure operational readiness.
Requirements
- Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license as a Door Supervisor for Licensed Premises.
- Proven experience in security or crowd management roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional during high-pressure situations.
- First aid certification is desirable to effectively respond to medical emergencies on-site.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly yet authoritative demeanor.
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods throughout shifts.

This roles is primarily:
1) Working in licensed premises serving alcohol
2) Working unsocial hours, so own transport or ability to commute essential
3) Working primarily Fridays & Saturdays, so must be available on a regular basis
Pay: £10.85-£14.25 per hour
