Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Dentist with an NHS Performer Number to join our friendly team.
This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys delivering high-quality general dentistry, building strong relationships with patients, and developing their private dentistry alongside an established NHS list.
The successful candidate will join a supportive team with experienced colleagues, approachable practice owners, and a practice culture focused on teamwork, quality care, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive NHS and private dental care to patients of all ages
- Deliver a high standard of clinical care with a patient-focused approach
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with patients
- Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and available treatment options
- Work collaboratively with dentists, nurses, and the wider team to create an excellent patient experience
- Maintain professional development and continue to grow clinical skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BDS or equivalent dental qualification
- Valid NHS Performer Number
- Up-to-date GDC registration
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to excellent patient care
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a supportive team
- Enthusiasm for professional growth and development
