Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure effective sanitation and maintenance
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain consistent cleanliness standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Maintain cleanliness logs and complete checklists to document completed tasks accurately
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Experience
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment enhances efficiency and effectiveness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated shifts
