We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. - Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality, resturants, bars & clubs.

Duties
- Manage entry and exit points by verifying identification and authorizations for staff, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct regular CCTV surveillance to monitor activity around the premises and identify potential security threats
- Perform loss prevention activities by observing suspicious behavior and implementing preventative measures
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with emergency services as needed
- Maintain accurate records of access logs, incident reports, and surveillance footage for accountability and review
- Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure all areas are secure and free from hazards or unauthorized activity
- Assist in emergency first aid situations by providing basic medical support until professional help arrives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security operations or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV technology and monitoring procedures
- Ability to perform loss prevention duties with vigilance and discretion
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hiring is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with staff, visitors, and emergency responders
- Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining a professional demeanor

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
