We’re looking for a brilliant Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at Perch on Worthing Pier.
This could be a full-time or part-time role for the right person. You’ll need to be flexible, with evening and weekend working an important part of the role.
It’s a hands-on position for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys being in the middle of a busy service and knows how to keep a team motivated while getting the job done.
The Role
- Lead busy services from the front
- Support and motivate the FOH team
- Make sure every guest gets a warm welcome and great service
- Support the GM with the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Keep standards high, even when we’re flying
- Deal confidently with guest feedback
- Step up and take charge
About You
- Friendly, positive and great with people
- Experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment
- Confident leading a team
- Organised and calm under pressure
- Happy working evenings and weekends
- Hands-on and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Reliable and a proper team player
You might already be an Assistant Manager, or you could be a strong Supervisor ready for your next step.
£18 per hour including Tronc. Full-time or part-time available.
