Requirements
INDTEMP
To be considered, you must have:
- A minimum of 6 months' UK support work experience
- PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) Training – in date
- An Enhanced DBS covering both Adults & Children.
- The Right to Work in the UK
- Excellent communication skills
- A compassionate, reliable and professional approach to care
- A willingness to work across a range of care settings
Your Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred support
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Supporting individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour
- Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Following care plans and safeguarding procedures at all times
