Role overview
We are currently recruiting for a Hot Tub Attendant to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis (3 days per week).
This is a hands-on, practical role combining hot tub cleaning and servicing with general maintenance and groundskeeping duties. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can deliver consistently high standards.
Key duties
- To complete hot tub changeovers in a timely manner – emptying, cleaning, and refilling units in line with company procedures
- To monitor water quality and ensure chemical levels are maintained and recorded correctly
- To maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across hot tubs and surrounding areas
- To carry out routine inspections and identify any maintenance issues
- To undertake basic maintenance tasks across the lodges and site
- To assist with general groundskeeping duties, keeping outdoor areas tidy and well maintained
- To maintain accurate records of all servicing and cleaning carried out
- To work safely at all times in line with company health and safety procedures
Hours of work:
- 3 days per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Hours to be agreed
Requirements
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Physically capable of carrying out manual tasks
- Good organisational skills and ability to follow procedures accurately
Desirable
- Experience in maintenance, facilities, or groundskeeping
- Experience maintaining hot tubs, spas, or pools
- Experience in a hospitality or holiday lodge environment

Experience:
