Data Analyst
Location: Kolorcraft Head Office
Hours: 2.5 days per week (interim) – Days and time to be discussed at interview.
Note - This role may become a full-time position in the future.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team, working two and a half days per week, reporting directly to the Head of Innovation, Simon Perks. This role is critical in transforming data into meaningful insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will manage data collection, analysis, and reporting across multiple business areas, supporting process improvements and project delivery.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both remotely and on-site at our Ossett office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Management
- Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (internal systems, reports, and external datasets).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records in line with company standards.
- Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse operational, financial, and project data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Produce clear, concise reports and dashboards for stakeholders, including senior management.
- Support KPI tracking and performance measurement for projects and processes.
- Process Improvement
- Work closely with the Process & Project Manager to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve workflows and resource allocation.
- Collaboration
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored insights.
- Assist in project planning and monitoring through accurate data analysis.

Skills & Experience:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Advantageous, but not essential.
- Excellent advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in a similar data-focused role within a fast-paced environment.
