Graduate Entry Executive PA

Allied Pharmacies is seeking a bright, organised and proactive Executive PA to join our team, based at our Skelton Lane pharmacy. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting senior leaders while developing your skills within a well-established community pharmacy group.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and diary support to senior members of the team
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take accurate minutes
- Manage correspondence, emails and calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and business documents
- Support day-to-day office operations and help keep projects on track
- Liaise confidently with colleagues, suppliers and external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
What we're looking for:
- A recent graduate, ideally with a degree in business, administration or a related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Professional, approachable and comfortable working with people at all levels
- Previous administrative or office experience would be an advantage, though not essential
Requirements:
- Degree-level education (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Full UK driving licence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and communication skills
