We are looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing business, working on a diverse range of bespoke projects from tender stage through to project handover.
The Role
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business by preparing accurate and commercially competitive quotations for bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects.
Working closely with the Project Manager, architects and clients you will review architectural drawings, joinery details and project specifications to assess manufacturing requirements, estimate project costs and prepare quotations that support both customer expectations and business profitability.
As part of a close-knit office team, you'll be involved throughout the early stages of each project, helping to ensure a smooth transition from enquiry and quotation through to manufacture and installation. This is a varied role where you'll have the opportunity to work closely with people from every area of the business, from those in the office through to those in the workshop.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in bespoke joinery, interior fit-out or manufacturing who enjoys working with technical information, solving problems and managing multiple quotations.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the estimating and manufacturing process.
About You
The successful candidate will be organised, commercially aware and confident working with technical drawings and specifications.
You will have excellent attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple quotations while working to tight deadlines.
