Positive Steps Care & Support Ltd are looking for an experienced waking night support worker in Torpoint, with passion and commitment in providing person centred care to join our fantastic organisation to support gentleman in his own home.
We are looking for experienced support workers who are motivated and reliable with the passion for providing bespoke care and support.
Requirements for the position:
⦁ The successful candidate will be an active, enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude who is prepared to facilitate the community-based rehabilitation programme as directed by the MDT.
⦁ A full clean driving licence is preferred.
⦁ A minimum of 6 months health and social care experience is required for this role, however transferable skills and personal experience will be considered.
