Assistant Manager (Live-In) – Tower Arms Hotel, Iver
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and friendly Assistant Manager to join the team at the Tower Arms Hotel in Iver.
This is a hands-on role in a busy pub with 18 hotel rooms, so no two days are ever the same. You’ll be helping oversee the day-to-day running of the business, supporting the management team, and making sure customers receive a warm welcome whether they’re visiting for a pint, a meal or an overnight stay.
The Role Includes:
- Assisting with the daily running of the pub and hotel
- Managing shifts and supporting staff
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Helping with hotel check-ins and guest enquiries
- Maintaining high standards throughout the business
- Opening and closing duties
- Supporting with stock control and general operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality or supervisory experience preferred
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Someone organised, flexible and calm under pressure
- Good people skills and a sense of humour
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
