Picture this: the sun's coming up over Fowey harbour, the kettle's on, and you're the one turning our kitchen into breakfast magic for 14 hotel rooms' worth of very hungry guests, locals and holiday makers. That's the gig.
THE ROLE
Seasonal Breakfast Chef — Samphire Restaurant, The Old Quay House Hotel
- Tuesday to Saturday
- 7.45am – 11.00am (in, cook, conquer, clean down, out before lunch)
- £13–14ph, depending on experience
- Harbourside restaurant, boutique hotel setting
- Seasonal contract, with genuine potential for more hours once the season ends
Duties
- Someone who's actually reliable, early starts aren't optional, they're the whole job
- Someone who can move fast, stay organised, and leave the kitchen spotless before heading home
- A chef who takes pride in getting breakfast right, every single time
This role requires a passionate individual committed to delivering exceptional breakfast experiences. Candidates should possess strong organisational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
