Manorcrest Construction is a growing Lincolnshire-based housebuilder delivering high-quality residential developments across the region. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Groundworker to join our construction team.

The Role
Working as part of our site team, you will undertake all aspects of groundwork associated with residential housing developments, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Excavation and preparation of foundations.
- Installation of drainage systems, including foul and surface water drainage.
- Kerbing, edging and paving works.
- Concreting and finishing works.
- Service trenching and duct installation.
- Plot drainage and external works.
- Construction of roads, footpaths and hard landscaping.
- Operating plant and machinery where appropriately qualified.
- Reading and working from drawings and site plans.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
- Supporting site managers and subcontractors to ensure programme targets are achieved.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' groundwork experience, preferably within residential construction.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Experience installing drainage systems and foundations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Reliable, hardworking and committed to producing quality workmanship.
Desirable Requirements
- CPCS or NPORS plant tickets.
- Dumper and Roller qualifications.
- Experience working on new-build housing developments.
- Streetworks accreditation.
- First Aid qualification.
