Office Administration Assistant – part time / full time, office based
We are a small but ambitious, fast growing organisation with a friendly, collaborative team. We are looking for an energetic Office Administration Assistant to join our friendly team to support the senior management across a wide range of office, business administration and project related activities.
Your duties will be:
Assisting with managing the office, i.e. office supplies and suppliers including IT, mobile and telephones etc.
Assisting with the logistics of international freight movement (training will be provided)
Assisting with diary management
Assisting with co-ordination of senior executives' international travel and associated tasks
Assisting with meeting management and communication
Project support (training will be provided)
Reception duties, including telephone.
Other support duties that may arise.
The role requires:
A can-do attitude, positive personality and willingness to learn
IT and admin skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good time management and attention to detail
You should be self-motivated and a good team player
Excellent work ethic
Previous experience beneficial but full training will be provided.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
