We are currently recruiting for an Apprentice Dental Nurse to join a small, modern NHS and Private practice located in the beautiful city of Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team within a very supportive environment.
We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking candidate who is an excellent communicator with an empathetic approach, good organisational skills and who is both punctual and flexible.
Duties
- You will provide chairside assistance across a range of treatments
- Delivering an excellent patient experience at every visit
- Maintaining a clean, safe and fully compliant clinical environment
- Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the practice
- Provide the highest standard of clinical support to our dentists.
- Be GDC Registered
- Perform top quality dental nursing in all procedures in a safe and effective manner
- Prepare equipment, materials, lab work and patients with efficiency
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with patients and team members in English
- Compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating patience and understanding at all times
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices relevant to dental healthcare (training provided)
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining attention to detail
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally in dental nursing

Pay: £17,500.00-£21,500.00 per year
