We are looking for a Principal Technology Solutions Consultant who can lead complex client engagements and translate business requirements into clear and scalable technology solutions.
You will work closely with clients, technical specialists and senior stakeholders to assess current systems, identify opportunities for improvement and guide projects from initial discovery through implementation.
This is a senior hands-on consulting position. You will provide technical direction, support delivery teams and ensure that every proposed solution is realistic, secure and aligned with the client’s long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Technology Solution Design:
Assess client requirements and design practical technology solutions that support operational, commercial and strategic objectives.
Client Discovery:
Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand existing systems, business processes, technical challenges and future requirements.
Technical Assessment:
Evaluate current technology platforms, infrastructure and applications. Identify risks, limitations and opportunities for modernisation.
Transformation Planning:
Develop technology roadmaps, implementation plans and solution recommendations that balance business priorities, cost and technical feasibility.
Stakeholder Management:
Present technical concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and confident manner.
Project Delivery Support:
Work with project managers, developers, engineers and external suppliers to ensure agreed solutions are delivered according to scope and quality expectations.
Risk and Governance:
Identify technical, security and delivery risks. Support governance reviews and ensure proposed solutions follow appropriate standards and controls.
Team Mentoring:
Provide guidance to consultants, business analysts and technical specialists. Review project outputs and help maintain consistent consulting standards.
Documentation:
Produce clear solution designs, technical assessments, implementation recommendations and executive-level presentation materials.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, digital transformation or enterprise technology delivery.
Consulting Background:
Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and managing complex technology or business transformation engagements.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, systems integration, data management and modern technology architecture.
Solution Design:
Ability to turn complex business and technical requirements into structured, scalable and commercially realistic solutions.
Stakeholder Skills:
Strong communication and presentation abilities, with confidence working with senior client representatives and technical delivery teams.
Leadership:
Experience mentoring colleagues, reviewing technical work and providing direction across multidisciplinary project teams.
Problem Solving:
A practical and analytical approach to solving complex problems, with the ability to balance technical quality, cost and delivery timelines.
Pay: £3,433.00-£6,666.00 per month
