Responsibilities

- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and storage organisation

Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail in meal presentation and cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques across various cuisines is desirable
